The basic international certification signifying that a company has an effective quality management system is ISO 9001. Rickard Metals and Engineering is certified ISO 9001 and DDTC (Director of Defense Trade Controls) registered.

The Aerospace industry has developed a widely used and effective set of standards for its own quality control especially as it relates to airworthiness and safety measure.

The importance of these guidelines cannot be overstated.  The guidelines required by most major industry and the Defense Department is the first step to doing business with them.
